How about another teaser?

I’ve began the last draft edit of Persecuting 3. Yes, there is a third one. There’s five at the mo.

Anyway, this is the last edit before I transfer it into word for the final checks.

What’s that? Who am I picking on this time? Oh, I’m not telling, but I’ll let you have a little teaser. Reminder, it’s not fully edited yet.

‘Another slow sigh hit the air, as she closed her portfolio. With the man back on her mind work would never happen. Of course, over the years she’d been on several dates, taken a few to stage two but non were serious. No one who made her heart burn with desire or made her wet without even being in the same room. The reactions which came as his image jumped into her mind were driving her crazy.‘

Any gueses on who she is? There’s no prize.

What am I upto?

With Falling for a Duke now successfully launched and I’ve only lost one preorder, had several sales since and KU reads, I’m quite a happy bunny.

So, what’s next?

Well, I’ve been gifted three lovely cover for my ‘Magic of Scotland’ series, but I’m not up to working on them yet. Instead, I’m working on ‘The Legend of Tiarne’. It’s a bit out of my comfort zone, still a romance, so it’s taking time and I’m spending time sorting out the first few chapters. In other words I’ve ditched I’ve ditched 20000 words for the moment. They will go back in later.

But most of my time is doing my final edits of the next ‘Romancing in Scotland’ book, before sending it to the editor. At over 90000 words, it’s the longest book yet and this will take time.

Wish me luck, I’m gonna need it.

Falling for a Duke update

With the arc’s on the way out, I’m hoping for reviews to be in by the release date of the eBook.

I’m also arranging a Facebook release launch, and I may be offering a few prizes and more information on the book. Maybe reviews and teasers, if they are back.

A Troublesome Book

So one of my new series of books will be a fantasy romance across the centuries. I say as I throw my tablet across the room.

Already, I’ve ditched the first 26000 words. Yep, you read that right. Started again, but it’s not right.

So back to the original ditched attempt, I have a copy. Thank God.

Part one is actually fine, better then the second attempt. So let’s keep that. It’s the present day that’s causing problems. But not anymore, I’ve an idea which may work.

So, time to bring back that first draft and re-work the second part.

It will not defeat me!
